    Your point above regarding 90 percent, is correct.

    Shenghe needs to start buying on the market and once 25% ownership is achieve, then a formal Take Over process can occur.

    I suspect that is already occurring, as the volume the last 2 days, has been huge.

    Then again, who is actually buying, someone else, another bidder, hope so.

    Lets see if we get a substantiate holder notice early next week.
