i just read that as it is a Scheme of Arrangement it is different to a normal takeover, hence the 75 percent instead of 90.
If this is correct it could just be another way that Peak leadership is letting us get ripped off. With all their talk they certainly sold us out quickly.
I think we need to get shareholders together and discuss things lije a Takeovers Panel application.
i will be taking up my entitlement and vbe voting no.
