That's my feeling too Grim007, lock in the 200% and close the book. Plenty more way better prospects out there with great management and massive potential.
Having said that; The greatest threat to Shenghe and potentially even our own Board are the owners of the company gaining a collective voice.
Its well within our capacity to vote this down, play Shenghe at their own game and draw out their second offer or risk another party entering the fray.
Or at least put them on notice and force them to aggressively increase their stake on market through shadow entities to ensure the numbers.
Sounds like a lot of fun either way.
