It does sound like Pek management has a bit to account for based on many posts here about salaries announcements etc. I did admittedly read about the recent cap raise at a 50% discount and was suprised. Ive not seen that much of a reduction on a cap raise .
If its been that bad for you guys and you do meet up at the Raffles. I guess at least any shareholder movement objecting to mismanagement would at minimum put a bit of a rocket into their deal making efforts and especially if the vote turns out a no and a counter offer was renegotiated.
