I'm torn as just bought another investment holiday home so the sale proceeds is a nice paydown of the loan, but at the same time the price is rotten, I'd prefer to get another valuation price, not coming from management, I'd say a credible counter valuation brought to the board meeting would put some idea and pressure for the board to explain itself, if that valuation is considerably better then the current value, I'm sure top 20 holders would like an alternative opinion as much as us smaller holder's
