would of have more legitimacy if the board was just selling the rare earth , not the phosphate or potential flourospar , I guess because it's close to each other might have issues later .
but your right regarding risk, peak has taken on all the risk to date with this project way back when peak was waiting for the mining licence, the expenditure of goodwill projects within the community obviously holds little weight , so why do it, there seems no value attained to this either as regarding the sale of peak. So many things questionable on so many levels, having shenghe as main owner further diminishes Tanzania leverage to Chinese influence, on a whim the Chinese can restrict imports of the ore , good luck with selling it elsewhere under shenghe control.
