    I've received another letter from Todd to acquire the shares I own. I'm not interested in selling because they are worth so little, my thought is to just wait and see/prey. However , I'm not a trader, so I would really like to know what the risks are if we don't sell. For instance, can Todd as a majority shareholder force a sale of the FMS asset to itself? effectively screwing all of us who are still owners of FMS. Just a question?
