    I just counted the total carbs in all the food i ate and made sure it was under 50 grams in a day. Like I said it's not easy but quite doable. I replaced the calories that i missed from carbs with healthy fats. You end up eating lots and lots of green vegetables and fibre so i don't see the concern.
