I would think we will never hear if anyone says no.
The only indication would be the use of language in announcements with "no one has said no" nowhere to be seen, and if the numbers of potential clients lowered rather than increased, would only hear of how many new ones are on board, or how many are in negotiations etc.
So, I wouldnt panic about a wholesale plummet of the price due to an announcement of someone saying no, as I believe our management to be much smarter than that.
