Add 'BSL' to the list. it is downtrodden and has been speculated some time ago that it will get taken over by a large steel giant whether european or indian.
It has good assets. Remember, these companies are looking to grow the asset base, they don't worry about profit, they look longer term than most of the investors on these forums
