Minority shareholders are important and their interests don’t necessarily align with Chinese interests, eg. ANS just paid SDL $4M less for the same interest to extend beyond 30 June. Once and if ANS takeover SDL they can appoint who they want. Who is going to get you the best price in the event of a takeover, a Chinese chairman of SDL? Ha, ha I can see you going for 0.3 cent.
