Currently, SDL shares are priced at 0.005 which is far below of its book value of equity due to its huge debts and uncertainty of the project. If the acquisition deal does go through smoothly, the SDL will be debt free and if the project is going ahead, the current SDL price at 0.005 is cheap and undervalued. Your conjecture of 0.02 or 0.03 would be easily achieved since many punters may desperately want to buy the shares. Hope SDL will perform as my investment in Lynas. Shine SDL Shine.

but ANS May launch a bid early before they add value through their SOE contacts. The Chairman may go at 2 cents as it only owes him 0.5 cents. A Chinese cheap takeover?
