If the deal does go through and you have money, will you buy ANS' shares (indirect ownership to SDL) or SDL shares (direct ownership)WAPRC will own 61 per cent of ANS and ANS will own 50.2 per cent of SDL. The remaining SDL shareholders will own 49.8% of SDL. So WAPRC indirectly owns SDL through ANS or in other words, WAPRC directly owns SDL around 30.6 per cent of SDL i.e. 61% x 50.2 per cent. The remaining ANS shareholders will own 19.6 per cent of SDL i.e., 39 % of 50.2 per cent and the remaining SDL shareholders will own 49.8 per cent of SDL. The breakdown of SDL equity ownership (cash flow right) 100 per cent i.e., 30.6% (WAPRC), the remaining ANS shareholders (19.6%) and the remaining SDL shareholders (49.8%),
Do you want to be part of 19.6 per cent (via ANS) or be part of 49.8 per cent to directly own SDL. This is your choice on D day.
