under that scenario then ans will requests convention in one of their 100% subsidiaries ... then your assumptions are what they've always been .. pipe dreams or pipe bombs take your pick ... Chinese have to much interest and although slow will not betray certain ppl . in saying all that both CO's will benefit from where they are now for reasons stated in another recent post ... work to do ....
