Well said Charlie. Don’t disagree with any of what you wrote, both regimes have serious flaws. The Americans have there Marshall Islands, the Chinese have their re-education camps. (Have yet to watch the ABC doco on it).

And Dictators with Gold toilets ain’t far from the truth.

Curiously though, the Chinese taking those islands, next to the biggest undersea resources thus far found on Earth. It’s the book “Ghost Fleet” playing out just as written. A book about future Chinese/American military conflict, and apparently on every USN Admirals bedside table. Of course, the Russians get to help the Chinese in that prediction.

No sir, War not good for anyone. Only trade, and more trade and larger world populations and more trade. And soon we won’t be able to move even to the Moon, not without Chinese or American permission.
