It's not being greedy... its a return I believe is suitable given the risk and potential future upside of the stock. The price may possibly go a lot higher.. or maybe it won't. But its the return I set as my hurdle.
You mentioned you were interested to some stock off-market. I have given you the opportunity. If the price is beyond your assessment of value no drama.. we all move on.
But please don't insult me by calling me greedy! It's all about supply and demand and individuals assessments of suitable returns by each individual!!
