    Let us email both ANS and SDL to make them more accountable and transparent to update shareholders when WAPRC will lodge application for outbound investment to China NDRC Shanghai so they can remit $100 million to ANS. This is the most crucial step in the acquisition deal. Without China NDRC approval, this deal is dead and all our dreams will vanish. Let us combine our voices.


    In the agreement, they said that they will lodge the OI application to China NDRC soon but we do not know whether they have done it or not.
