They should bring in $100 million from China to Australia asap by obtaining China NDRC Shanghai approval. Without China NDRC Shanghai approval, nothing will happen.
Up to now, there is no update either ANS or SDL whether WAPR has applied for China NDRC Shanghai approval or not. This is the biggest obstacle.
