    I disagree. Read SDL announcement and note who the big 4 Chinese companies are and what they are seeking. It logically points to the African continent, the % of fe is right in the sweet spot and the infrastructure play is on point for these guys.

    Okagee is round 2 imo.

    Hopefully there is more consistency of news flow to put all of our battered minds at rest.
