Today's IO price could be $175pmt and it wouldn't make a squat bit of difference. This project will not be in production for years, even if started today.
Get real guys, the only thing the Chinese or any other investor is concerned about today is the signing of agreements, contracts and creating the infrastructure to mine.
The short sightedness of so many posters is irritating and shows complete lack of understanding.
See this project for what it is and not what YOU want it to be. It's a world class assert that requires loads of money and an enormous amount of planning and strategy
