this posts sums it all up. i have been saying this for a long time as well. I really wish there would be a way to make Spinks and Co understand it as well. They dont get that it's not to harm them and takeaway their baby it is actually to ensure that the baby not only grows up but survives ... Unfortunately, letting go to let it grow is a problem for a lot of founders
