Somehow I don't think this will happen but shareholders can but hope. One possibility is someone coming in as a cornerstone shareholder with 10-15%, probably as new equity to restore cash balances."
I'm pleased that I'm wrong and EGR has done some refreshment of the Board with today's announcement that Mr Jones is being added as an independent non-executive director and is also going join the Audit and Risk committee. From the council/board papers I've seen the Audit and Risk committee is usually the sub-group that makes decisions taken through to the Board for approval.
