The will have to create massive inflation as did germany so unfortunately foreign holders of the USD will be the losers - big time.

BTW I saw the Budesbank has 3600 tonnes which it is not selling. This is worth 97 billion

The bailout package is the equivalent to 25,000 tonnes of gold or one fifth of all the gold ever produced. Amazing figures
