    QPNO started trading 4th September. First trades were at .2, then at .3
    Despite what others say above, I bought some at 0.3
    That's because I reckon heads and options will soar when they announce a drill and that could happen any time and ops are about half the price of heads now, so you can buy twice as many per $.
    But each to their own strategy.
