Two things happening now in my view
1. Setting up for the shell stock handover, same previously Mining to Tech, PSF-SYT
2. Consolidation of shares.
No buying line up is 99.9% sure sign that it's game over on current business model.
More then likely point 1 & 2 will happen shortly, maybe even operating insolvent currently. IMO
