The offer won't close before 1 June regardless of what happens from here.

If they go unconditional this week, they can extend any time up until 1 June -- and they probably will assuming they want 90%. But they haven't said they WILL extend -- just that they won't if they don't get over 50% this week.

There is one more scenario -- if they don't get over 50% this week and don't extend, and then go over 50% next week, the bid automatically gets extended by 2 weeks. But it looks more like they will go over 50% this week...
