What happens to US OTC DGMLF shares held in a Charles Schwab account? Are DGMLF shares converted to OTC Northern Star NESRF shares at rate of .119 ? Or will cash be put into the account at a rate of .119 times April 24th (or another date ?) market price of NESRF ?
Scheme Booklet is unclear - they mention Ineligible Foreign Holders but I don’t think that covers us, as we are in the US which is included in section 3.5 of Scheme Booklet, but holding DGMLF. We are also not Small Shareholders. Any clarity is appreciated!
