what happens to ozl now?

There's a lot of very well thought out discussion on here about the whats and whys of the Govt.'s decision. However, it is probably set in stone now, and for holders the question is, what happens now?

All seem to agree that the asset value of OZL is far greater than its debts, but it's management have royally stuffed it up, and whether they'll be trusted futher, or indeed whether there is a viable path forward, is what I'd like to know.

- Could there be an alternative bid?
- Could the shareholders get anything from an orderly break-up?
- Could management be shown the door, to be replaced with credible people, and new equity $ pumped in?
- Or has it all gone to far, and banks will shut it down and sell the bits, with nothing much left for shareholders.

Putting on my optimistic glasses, I think there's just a chance that, with things more stable now (down but more stable) than they were in November, the banks, negotiators and management might just be able to put something together.
