    MRER is a right, not a share.

    The right will allow you to buy a share at 30 cents.

    If you do decide not to buy the share, that is, exercise the right, then that right will merely expire.

    The MRE shares will just continue to be traded as normal shares.

    Hopefully, this is not too confusing.
