and yes the stock was tradeable during the time, no shareholder vote as such but acceptance of the takeover/merger 'offer' for your shares.
we should hope to get a bit of a premium to the last close in the offer but as it will be in LNC shares it the value will fluctuate with the LNC price. good to see they bid up SXP in the leadup by taking a position.
