Last time a company I had options in was taken over (friendly merger) I received options in the new company on the same terms and amount was in the same ratio as the offer on the heads. In this case however the new options had a fairly close expiry and were not tradable on market.

As Mondo suggest in this case I trust option holders are looked after given the very attractive long dated expiry.
