    What happens when the SPP fails once again? Any guesses as to how they finance their operations from here. Surely they won't extend it again. Those who have already bought in the SPP will want there money back or the shares bought. I'm not sure if SPP's can be repeatedly extended.
    Can someone state the CTO position here.
