one of the hazards of being an investa i suppose
i wonder if this will start to happen in mining towns with many projects being put on ice???
what happens when a LL walks away from their responsibility???
thankfully we have a dumb as a doorpost LL who gets a measly yield on his own little property empire, all the while his 'investment' goes down in value....damn
