yes the small companies either need to get bigger and quickly or form partnerships as Eng has done. Eng has first mover advantage well sort of. I like Fre's model and its white box solution allows it rapid expansion and low cost of acquiring customers. It also has overseas partnerships and ambitions (but we will see). If you want to try a company for voip have a look at fre as an alternative to eng. Best of luck!
