I'm amazed the traffic constantly gets directed to worry that:
MSB is about to fall over a cliff....
that the technology won't work...
that partners are all walking because MSB doesn't have valuable products....

It's never that:
MSB is negotiating to get the maximum benefit for shareholders and will therefore not engage if the price offered at that stage is too low (no, some want us to to forget that the negotiation process is incredibly complex involving many iterations of valuation and cost evalation stages and distribution issues, and manufacture costs, and the final amount is going to be contentious....it's always there is no agreement at this point....because why? MSB must be a dud? that's always the heavy implication just nobody will say it because it's so absurd....!).

Or that the technology is sound but needs refinement (no, it's always about to fail!).

Or that the families of patents are so colossally valuable (no it's that we won't even attempt a valuation....zero instead!)

Lucky that some of us LT holders have a very robust sense of humour then!
