UMC have done their roadshow. It was to Ocean Equities in the UK (and possibly some other brokers).

If big money is knocking at UMC's door, it will be turned away until after the JORC is released.

Consider this: When UMC is in production and its share price is much higher, you may be able to finally upgrade your name from Buffet to "A la Carte".
