On the basis of what? I feel sorry for the shareholders (including my brother) who were sold down the river by Murdoch and Gordon who saw an opportunity to gain control of the company on the cheap only to be thwarted by CBS, but shareholders are virtually the last ones to get something out of a company that goes into administration because of insolvency. It is an inherent risk of investing in public companies.
