I've read the threads and a number of news articles, but I still can't make out what is actually left to be approved in Japan. I understand they need official approval from the central Government. Is everyone thinking this a formality because the current Government is pro-nuclear? If so, when is that approval likely?
Are there any other approvals required?
The reason I ask, is this another one of those approvals in long line that we have had this year?
Any help is appreciated.
