Its not the trucks availability so much as getting, if necessary, any Environmental Permits.
If anybody hasn't noticed, I can tell you the compliance costs imposed by an army of Gen Y bright-eyed uni students getting jobs in EPA depts is rising exponentially. None of them have a clue and are simply spinmeisters.
Anyhooo.. IF they need to push over a tree or two, someone will want to know about bats, lizards, owls...worse than that, if an area is found that could grow food, even if it currently isn't, that might be the food of something that is of concern, then can't go there. All sounds perfectly reasonable until you try and do something, and when you start adding up the real costs of checking every tree hole that might be a home for something. The California-ising of Australia.
Long-winded, but that will add more time if you have to clear 100 km2.
