That said, Im willing to admit this post has now been done to death.

Although, I would also like to aknowledge the recent comments of BondiJim and Jumpstart who also appear to acknowledge poor management over a long period of time, and that with proper prearation and planning, one would expect to see submission to Government and Land Council to have occured by now, if CTP were to meet an April EPT date.
