Having said that though. This consolidation did benefit me because it gave me the opportunity to get out by selling my near worthless parcel. But you shouldn't have to look at losing thousands of dollars for a tax loss as a win. When this went through the last consolidation,others on HotCopper said to me sell it while you can,while there's a buyer and why you can walk away with something.
