I believe that Jon must be less secretive about discussions with other big pharma; he has promised that he would say more about discussions after the meeting with FDA, he said that at the end of the last conference call. Let's see what he confesses about discussions with pharma, I assume there will be a conference call about FDA meeting this month. Other companies' boards leak information to press and you see share price spikes followed by an announcement about discussions or whatever may have happened at those companies. If suitors play dirty with regards to share price action, it's time for Jon to give more details to shareholders about discussions. I assume no sane shorter would play Neu with Damocles sword above their heads.
