DEAR DEPARTED
Valad Property Group (aka Invalid) is expected to announce another hefty loss this morning, where the tributes are expected to flow in for its departing legal counsel, Chris Carroll. Carroll, who joined as company secretary in 2004, is completing his last week at the floundering property company. Coincidently, it is six months since Carroll was paid a $263,000 retention bonus on top of his $335,000 base wage to stay on at Valad. As part of his employment agreement, Carroll was required to give six months' notice.
and I question whether Chris Carrol had a significant holding and has sold his shares pushing down sp or if in general this news was negative enough to cause the sell down? Like Superdaddy I am trying to understand what is happening to VPG. Anyone like to comment?
