I am very long time holder of ROG ( since it's IPO.....yes, very sad indeed) and certainly excited by the prospect of Angola and it's riches. However, I hope to get a perspective from other posters on this forum on what has ROG has to offer Angola for the rich potential of the Angolan fields?
ROG is a minnow with little money and no track record of success anywhere in the world, hoping to operate a large petroleum field in a highly corrupt country which all the majors have declined and has poor infrastructure. The investment world's sentiment has sort of turned against further big investment in new oil and gas sector too to add to the problem. Though troubles with Russia may offer some hope on this front.
i am not trying to stir the pot or be negative. However I think many followers of ROG can perhaps be enlightened by discussing ROG's real prospect.
