good points, problem with getting blacklisted is once your on the outer, hard to get back in in my opinion, look at the EU, they just signed up to get gas from USA, Canada is ramping up production, Qatar is playing ball.
so hope they put some thought into their decisions in Angola as it seems they have not much more going on besides oil,
its not my 'go to' place when thinking about holidays or buying property so if they f... thenselves up with BS alliances, not good long term, its a hard dance to do but.
