from what I have researched sonangol have a 25% working interest in block 31. Sonangol is a state owned company that deems block 31 and other blocks listed as, “none core assets”!! I don’t think BP has any interest in buying a higher stake interest in block 31…..as it wouldn’t be up for sale for open bidders!! Looking at red sky’s competitors in regards to block 31, most of them are small cap companies!!
