$8m market cap , tight rego , meaningful equity in 3 oily permits in 3 different countries etc etc ,,,, simply being re-rated toward fair value 12c based on peer comparison....will be alot higher with lead in to NZ drill and/or if SC46 partners sucessful in Philippine drilling next month or so .............imo.
