I agree there are risks and I have no problem with people bringing this up. Just because you bring up the risks you should not be called a downramper!
I'm one of the biggest bulls going around on SDL but even I know the risks that come with it.
I think we have to acknowledge there is a lot more risk in West African politics then there is here in Australia. Cameroon has elections coming up in October and all indications are Biya will be relected but what if he is not? Biya is also 78 - he could die tomorrow. What if the person who takes over as President turns out to be a dictator? These things we do not know.
The biggest concern for me is the rail requirements. 500km through a jungle is no easy task - even for the Chinese.
I believe the rewards outway the risks and without risks there is no reward.
