1) 30 November 2011
Fast-track listing on the AIM Market of the LSE.
2) 13 of January.
Wolf receives UK Government support for Hemerdon
Tungsten Project
UK Minister of State for Trade and Investment acknowledges
importance of Project.
The support comes directly from the UK Minister of State for Trade,
Lord Green of Hurstpierpoint, and represents a significant
acknowledgement of the importance of the Hemerdon project to the
local community and to the UK and wider EU.

3) Planning permissions granted and contractor appointed to construct the Hemerdon link road.
4) 5 March
Wolf receives credit approval for £55m of project finance for Hemerdon Tungsten Project.

5) Appoints UK Operations Manager.
Jeffery Harrison, UK Operations Manager Mining Engineer with over 20 years experience Significant experience in large scale open pit operations.
6) 20 April
WLF signs tungsten offtake deal with WBH and GTP will provide a £20 million loan facility. the offtake agreements cover 80% of Hemerdon’s expected average
annual tungsten concentrate output for a period of a minimum of 5 years.

Conclusion.
WLF has valuable support from UK Government also a pay Back Period of 2.75-3.25 years, Also a life of 14+ years for the mine as well as all environmental permits for the mine.
With more news still to come from WLF, I think that we are in the right place at the right time for mining of tungsten in the UK and Europe. Also a life of 14+ years for the mine
Next year will be the making of WLF.
