Looking at this La mancha "agreement" over this derivative transaction Doesn't really reveal that much in the way of information.
This call spread option arrangement between La mancha and JP Morgan and Citigroup involves 42.6 million shares.
Anytime a massive number of shares are optioned then the door is open to malfeasance.
A call option spread has 2 strike prices and the only strike price mentioned is 3.81 and its interesting to note that the recent low was 3.80
This announcement is just a memorandum explaining the legal basics of the operation.
There is no expiration date.
evn management needs to keep its share holders updated on the specifics of this "operation"
